Our company helped create an electronic test reader that captured a stream of images during the activation window, allowing fast and accurate diagnosis. To ensure adoption, our industrial design team focused on intuitive use, compact form, and minimal startup time.
Our engineers selected the Torpedo + Wireless SoM, under one square inch in size, for its ability to power the camera, LCD, touchscreen, and all connectivity interfaces, while keeping the design light and compact. Our mechanical engineers developed a motorized system to trigger reagent mixing with precise activation pressure, ensuring consistent results.
Integration with existing patient systems was made possible through wireless, Ethernet, and USB support. This automation improved workflow efficiency and reduced manual data entry. Early manufacturing involvement helped streamline production and packaging while reducing costs. Our team also guided the customer through necessary certifications for global success.
